SpaceshipOne makes history by becoming the first private ship to reach space (62 miles). This is huge news and big step towards getting the human race into space but this 10 million X-Prize hopeful has spent upwards of 20 million so far. Privately funded or not, pretty much only filthy rich and the government can afford something like this.

With all the digital photos and home movies as well as purchased CD & DVDs, it's really time for people to start having archive procedures at home. So many people are going to complain about losing their digital photos in like 5 years. Makes you want to print them out and store them in a shoe box.

Instead of using data collected from 5100 trailer park dwellers, why not exclusively use data collected from 1 million Tivo users. I would think that you'd get a more accurate sample.
